Our beautiful facility and grounds are conducive to retreats and are a wonderful way to stay in the city while feeling like you are in a place of solitude and refuge. The retreat center is a fully contained building, housing the meeting rooms, dining room, hospitality, retreat rooms and chapels under one roof. Due to the nature of the setup, we mainly host retreat groups over private retreats. At times, we are able to accommodate private retreatants if the following criteria are met: 1. A letter of good standing and recommendation for a retreat is given by the pastor or priest of the person seeking to go on retreat at our facility. Please include: a. reason for the retreat b. recommendation to make a private retreat at a catholic facility which contains the real presence of the Lord c. assurance of good standing within their current faith home d. contact information for the pastor or priest 2. Willingness to provide your own food. We are unable to provide meals for private retreats. 3. Willingness to provide your own transportation. 4. Willingness to arrive during business hours. We do not have staff on-site during off hours to provide entrance at later times.
We are unable to operate hotel-style for those passing through the area or those locally needing a place to stay. There must be a spiritual reason for stay at the diocesan retreat center.
